Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our moving services. These terms govern your relationship with Able Fellas Moving.

Service Agreement

  • By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • All moving services are subject to availability and scheduling.
  • Estimates are based on information provided and may change based on actual conditions.
  • Additional services requested on moving day may incur extra charges.

Liability and Insurance

  • We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all moving operations.
  • Basic liability coverage is included at no additional cost.
  • Full replacement value protection is available for an additional fee.
  • Claims must be reported within 9 months of delivery.
  • We are not liable for items packed by the customer unless noted on inventory.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate inventory and access information.
  • Ensure all items are properly prepared for moving.
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during the move.
  • Notify us of any hazardous materials or special handling requirements.
  • Provide clear access to both origin and destination locations.

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Moving dates are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled move incur no penalty.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes.

Additional Terms

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for certain moves.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Returned checks will incur additional fees.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify customers of significant changes when possible.
